First Baptist Church of Mineola

The purpose of the M-Pact Student Ministry is to share the MESSAGE of Jesus Christ to students, MEET together with other Christian students, help them to MATURE in their faith, MAGNIFY God in everything, and MINISTER to others.

M-Pact Student Ministry is an awesome place for students looking for a perfect opportunity to meet new friends and grow in their relationship with God.  There are several opportunities during the week for students to be plugged into the student ministry.  These opportunities take place in our state-of-the-art 4,000 sq. ft. Student Center located at 122 North Johnson Street.

On Sunday mornings, our students come together for Sunday school.  Sunday school begins at 9:45 a.m.  Our student ministry Sunday school consist of age-appropriate small groups with some of the most incredible adults who facilitate those groups.  During Sunday school, our students experience worshipping God, lifting each other up in prayer and studying and applying God's Word to our own lives.

On Sunday evenings, our students have an opportunity to go deeper into God's word with our Student Discipleship groups.  Student Discipleship begins at 5:45 p.m.  We currently have a group for middle school girls, high school girls and a guys group.  This time consist of worship, Bible study and excessive fellowship.

On Wednesday evenings, Wednesday Night Live takes place at the Student Center.  WNL is a high-energy outreach event for the middle school and high school students of the Mineola community.  The Student Center opens at 4 p.m. each Wednesday.  WNL consist of a light meal that is served at 6:45 p.m.  The programmed time is 7-8 p.m. and could consist of crazy games and/or worship, and always a challenge from God's word.  The Student Center closes at 9 p.m.
