Senior Pastor
Phillip joined FBC in October of 2018. He has previously served at churches in Louisiana and Texas. He is married to Lori and has two daughters - Jessica and Megan, and a son, Eric. When not crafting his sermon, you can find Phillip with his guitars.
Peter McCann
Worship Minister
Peter McCann came to Mineola in June 2022 to serve as Minister of Worship at FBC Mineola. He is a DFW native, but was raised in Oklahoma and Colorado also. He has played piano since the age of seven. Peter studied Worship arts at Dallas Baptist University, graduating in 2021. He and his wife Sarah were married in 2023. They enjoy traveling, going to museums, coffee shops, skiing with Peter's family in Colorado, hiking, game nights with friends.
Kendall Banks
Youth and Education Pastor
Kendall Banks came to Mineola in January 2005, accepting a call to serve FBC Mineola as Minister of Youth/Education. He is married to Kim. They have 3 daughters: Kiley, Karsyn, and Kenzi. Kendall actively follows all his daughter's sporting/cheerleading activities and enjoys sports of just about any type!
Sarah Love
Children's Ministry Director
Sarah grew up attending FBC Mineola and recently moved back to the area. She served in Children's Ministry at Frisco First Baptist Church prior to moving back to East Texas. She is married to Joe and they have two children - Brooklyn and Beckett. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with family, playing board games, and cheering on her kids at their sporting events.
Lynne Alliett
Administrative Assistant to the Senior Pastor
Lynne joined our staff in March of 2019! She and her husband Craig have a son, Mark, in Seattle, and a daughter, Sarah, who lives in Nashville with their 4 grandchildren! When not at work, Lynne enjoys reading, antiquing, watching old movies, and playing her piano and flute.
Rodney Mize
Facilities Superintendent
Rodney has been on staff since 2010. He and his wife Cindy have been members since 2001, and have 3 children: Calli, Carter, and Corban. When not working at the church, you might find him on the greens, working on his golf game, or most likely, playing with his grandson, Mateo.
